Michael is the Community Manager at Industrious Boulder. After living in Georgia for most of his life, he moved to Boulder, Colorado to be closer to the mountains and to explore the West! He has a strong operations background, focusing primarily in program management, hospitality, and leading teams. Before joining Industrious, he worked as a Business Operations Associate at Crisp Video Group - a marketing company that produced HD videos for clients to pursue unreasonable growth. Before that, he worked at Georgia State University as a Program Team Lead for the Outdoor Recreation Program and for the School of Music as a Production/Facilities Associate where he collaborated with teams of university staff and led students within these departments. He's also had a music and teaching career, working with a studio of students in addition to performing in a multitude of groups. He has a Bachelors in Education from Georgia State University and loves collaborating with others.

Summer is the Operations Associate at Industrious Pearl Street. Growing up in Boulder, she has a unique understanding and love for all things local and is dedicated to sharing that love with everyone she meets. During her time in Boulder, she has worked in multiple local restaurants and managed Victory Camera, an independently owned used-photography shop. Since Graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelors of Science in Creative Technology and Design, along with two minors in Business and Computer Science, she has volunteered across organic farms and maker spaces in Portugal and has been educating children who were learning from home due to Covid-19. When she’s not at work, she is a passionate gardener, home chef, and can find her walking the Farmers Market, hiking around Boulder, foraging for wild foods, or swimming in mountain lakes.
