Reagan Strange, Member Experience Manager

Reagan is the Community Manager at Industrious Country Club Plaza. Prior to joining Industrious, Reagan spent the last 4 years as an elementary special education teacher, teaching students on the Autism Spectrum. She even got her beloved Goldendoodle, Ollie, therapy certified so that he could join her at school. She is a Kansas native and University of Kansas alum - Rock Chalk! Outside of work, Reagan enjoys finding new places to explore in KC, watching movies (movie theater popcorn is a huge added bonus), and spending all of her free time with her pup.

Lee Parfitt, Member Experience Associate

Lee is an Operations Associate at Industrious Kansas City. Prior to this role, he worked as a professional fitness coach and Ortho-Kinetics trainer, a career that took him from the East Coast to the West Coast and now to the Midwest where he currently resides. Lee has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a Master’s degree from UNC Greensboro, but his formal education pales in comparison to his knowledge of crafting the perfect playlist for any occasion.
